We accept insurance for laboratory services only. Insurance is not accepted for office visits or treatments, which allows us to provide personalized care based on your needs rather than insurance limitations. Some insurance plans may offer out-of-network reimbursement, and we are happy to provide the necessary documentation for submission. HSA and FSA funds may also be used for eligible services. For your convenience, we also accept CareCredit as a payment option.
No. To ensure we have the most accurate and complete information needed for your care, all laboratory testing must be completed through our office. Our hormone and wellness evaluations require a comprehensive panel that may not be included in testing performed by other providers. Using our standardized lab work allows us to properly assess your health, develop an individualized treatment plan, and monitor your progress safely and effectively.
There's a variety of Hormone Replacement modalties on the market for both men and women. We use a personalized approach with each patient based on their needs and lifestyle. The modalties we offer are topical creams, subligual troches, suppositories, subcutaneous injetions or pellets.
Pellet Therapy is the preferred method.
